How to stop Premature greying of hair 
My son aged around 17 years has premature greying of his hairs. Please let me know whether there is any permanent cure for the same. If so, please let me know the medicenes available.

Hello, Premature graying and premature hair fall is common problem faced by individuals who undergo stress and anxiety, and even irregular diet. Some times there will be genetic factors also. Long term application of chemical based shampoos may also lead to premature graying. In order to prevent premature graying, alternative therapies like yoga, pranayama, herbal medicines, accupressure, homeopathy and ayurvedic medicines are very useful. In order to preserve the health of your hair, you need to drink 1/3rd cup of Aloe vera Juice. Diet: Excess intake of oily foods, spices, sour food items should be avoided. Scalp should be kept clean and hygiene must be maintained. Sufficient nutrition and vitamins should be used. Chemical-based shampoos should be avoided. Long term exposure to dust and force winds, which may lead to premature graying of hair and premature hair fall. Once should consume fruits, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, sprouts, etc should be used. Sesame seeds if consumed internally about 5 to 10 gm also beneficial. Boil neem leaves in water and after getting cooled the water should be used for hair wash. Yoga and meditation: Vajrasana and Pawanmuktasana, anuloma-viloma pranayama are very helpful for the same complaint. Avoid stress and anxiety if any. Medications: Divya Kesh Taila, Divya Amla Juice, Aloe vera Juice, One can apply Neelabringadi Keram or Naranokki can be used those medicines act like natural dyers.
