HypoThyroid, Fibroid in the uterus 
I am 35 yrs old female,having 3 kids, all Ceasaren operation only. I am Hypothyroid patient & taking synthroid 25mcg, i have 2cm x 1.9 cm x 1.8 cm fibroid in the back wall inside of the uterus. I am experiencing facial hairgrowth(thick), light bleeding between periods, periods not heavy. hairfall, pain in joints also. Please let me know ur suggestion. Thanks

Hello, Fibroid in uterus may be due to hormonal imbalance and due to presence of hypothyroidism you may be facing irregular or dysfunctional uterine bleeding and hair growth. Fibroids develop with the uterine wall. In order to get rid from this problem, you can depend on alternative therapies, and complimentary medicines to reduce intensity and to stop the progress of growth. You can do Yogasanas and pranayama like Janu sirsasana, Bharadvajasana, vajrasana, etc are helpful. Doing anuloma-viloma pranayama and kapalabati are useful. Follow strict balanced diet, avoid spicy and oily food items. There are many medicinal preparations to control uterine fibroids. Combination of medicines containing Kumari, Neem, Ashok, Manjistha, sudha guggulu, are used. Ashokaristham Kumaryasavam is good for reducing and curing fibroids. Using Aloevera is also very useful.
