Your complaints can be considered as “AmaVatam” in Ayurveda. As you have RA +Ve, you can take help of alternative therapies. In ayurvedic science, it is believed that it starts from ingestion or “Ama.” The prolonged “Ama” or indigestion will lead to aggravation of Vata Dosha and it leads to rheumatological symptoms, in few cases, it is associated with fever also.

So, you need to rectify your digestive system in well condition, so that the food should get digested well along with medicines.

Usage of incompatible foods and habits, poor digestive power, and even emotional stress or anxiety are prime causative factors.

The line of treatment is “langhana” that is fasting, “Deepana pachana” that is to improve digestive capacity, Shodhana (purification), and pacifying treatment by using medicines.

As your recent blood reports shows that you have RA +ve, so you should start from primary level of treatments along with strict diet regimen.

You should to pranayama and yoga to get relieved from stress.

If you have constipation or indigestion, in order to rectify that use Trikatu churnam or Panchakola churna for few days till the digestion process is rectified, meanwhile you can start using Amavata medicine simultaneously.

You can opt for panchakarma treatment for better results along with medicines.
