Natural remedies for piles 

Piles happens due to constipation. Wrong eating habits and lack of physical exercise is the main problem nowadays.

Piles Symptoms

* The patient complains of burning and pain in the rectum. He has the need to urinate frequently. The patient has to exert much pressure during movement and therefore cause bleeding. Loss of appetite. Blood loss leads to pallor. The person feels the pressure in the anal region.

• Piles is stubborn disease. When the patient presses the warts also swell-contaminated blood accumulated in leaves warts. Regular intake of laxatives and drugs sitting on piles of very hard or soft surface causes.

• Eating food quickly without chewing and eating good food in a noisy, eating indigestible food weakens the digestive system. This slows the digestive process and ultimately becomes the cause of the piles.

• Eat whole wheat chapattis and vegetables in sufficient quantity. Do not eat sweets and spicy food.

• Soak in water two figs. Eat on an empty stomach every morning. Soak dried figs in two morning and eat at 4 or 5 pm not to eat an hour before or after. Consumption of this drug for about eight to ten days to cure dry and bleeding hemorrhoids.

• Whey is very beneficial for curing hemorrhoids permanently and prevent their recurrence. Buttermilk drink with meals in the evening mixed with one and a half gram Ajowan powder and the same amount of rock salt for relief.

• Mix camphor eightfold warm castor oil and mixing. Cleaning of warts after defecation and gently apply this oil on the warts to cure them. This relief of inflammation, pain, burning, stabbing pain and defeats him. Regular use of dry warts.

• In case of severe cells, the patient should take only kichdi curd made with rice and dal and Moong. A bit of clarified butter can be used. Avoid the thick feces and constipation. Avoid use of heavy and spicy food.

• Eat raw radish or radish juice drink 25-50 g daily gain.

• Do not wash the anus with warm water to prevent the piles. During the summer very hot water coming out of the taps, do not wash with this water warts.

Yoga Cures

• The patient should cleanse the stomach, while after treatment of yoga. It is advisable to avoid sitting in one place for long. Walking is beneficial in small intervals.

• Practice Kunjal and Jalneti morning on an empty stomach and then practice yoga exercise with light stomach strengthening asanas. Shankha Prakshalan Practice once a month for profit.

• Practice Vajrasana, Siddhasana, Guptasana, Gomukhasana, Halasana and Utkatasana are beneficial.

• The patient must also practice Ashvini Mudra, Moolbandh, Shodhan Shitali Nadi and pranayam for relief.
