Premature graying beard and hair 
I'm 34 year old unmarried man . i'm working in a computer cyber cafe . My problem is that my hair and beard graying 40% . plz tell me what should i do? Is there any treatment for this problem ?

Hello, Premature graying occurs due to many factors like emotional, mental, and physical or organic factors. In your case, it is mainly due to stress related, and there is inadequate nutrition. If you are not following proper timings of food or skipping meals, may lead to hair fall or premature graying. External factors like pollution, dust, inappropriate hygiene may also lead to premature graying. Few individuals do not oil their scalp regularly, and using harsh shampoos, or soaps may also lead to premature graying. Regular application of Divya Kesh Taila and Neelibringadi keram is useful, using Herbal shampoo like Divya Kesh KantiShampoo is recommended for preventing premature graying. So, you have to avoid the cause, and change the food habits, and follow well balanced diet, and consume green leafy vegetables and plenty of water or liquids. Best home remedy is using dried amla, that is soaking overnight in water and next day you can use for external application. Juice of fresh amla or can be mixed with almond oil also helps to nourish hair. Consuming internally Divya Amla Juice also helps for preventing premature graying.
