Expert's Advice:- Hello and greetings from myyog.com. Insomnia is the absence of sleeps. It is a common disorder in old age but due to increased work stress, competition and hectic life insomnia is occurring even in younger age group. Sleep disorders, anxiety and stress etc if continues for long time can even become a reason for depression. Generally fatigue induces sleep but your case is totally opposite. You have mental fatigue and it reflects in your body. We recommend you to take a complete course of full package for anxiety/stress/depression/insomnia to get complete benefit in your problems.
