Regarding hypothyroidism and de-worming 
I am 33 yrs old female having hypothyroidism. I have been on homeopathic medication till now for this problem with positive results. Have started taking Kanchnar guggul since yesterday (2-2). Can I take this medicine along with the homeo medicines? Will I have to take this medicine life long for complete cure?
Can you suggest some good ayurvedic de-worming medicines for my children aged 9 yrs and 2.5 yrs old along with dosage and duration of the medication?

Hello madam, Along with homeopathy medicines you can take Kanchanar Guggulu by giving 1 hour gap between both medicines. Instead of 2-2, make it 1-1-1. There is no complete cure as hypothyroidism is a metabolic disorder where it can be controlled and balanced well with medicines. There many home remedies for the proper functioning of thyroid gland. Eat foods rich in vitamin B complex and vitamin A, such as yellow vegetables, carrots, dark green vegetables, eggs etc. Ginger tea is beneficial. Avoid dairy and wheat products. Avoid oily foods. Avoid salty foods. Black walnut is also found effective. Exercises are beneficial in having good blood circulation throughout the body and practice to the heart to pump the blood forcibly as to reach even most terminal part of the body. Suggested Yogasanas: Simhasana, Shavasana, Sarvangasana. Anuloma-Viloma pranayama is beneficial. Regarding your child.
