Skin problem

Due to many factors like hormonal imbalance, electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, applying chemical based lotions or creams which are harsh in nature, skin may become sensitive to sun and in turn tanning appears. In your case it may be due to application of chemicals which is not suitable to you.

You can prevent this by avoiding long term exposure to sun, avoid using chemical based lotions instead you can apply milk cream based lotions.

Drink plenty of water everyday for electrolyte balance. Use natural face wash or mild soaps for daily skin cleansing.

You have to follow strict diet and green leafy vegetables to maintain balanced diet.

Prepare a mixture of tomato juice in buttermilk over skin is useful. Drinking liquids and water is very important. Make a paste of some barley powder in milk and apply to skin. Banana pack, papaya pack, apple packs on exposed parts is helpful. Grape seed oil and olive oil application before bath is useful. After bathing application of Aloevera gel nourishes skin.

Skin care medicines like Arogyawardhini-Vati, Divya Amrit Rasayanam.

Using Sandalwood and applying onion juice on affected areas also helpful.
