Dear sir, i am a 31 yrs old um married guy. I have been suffering from a serious depression because of my sexual problems. My penis size of only around 5 inches and its only 1.5 " think. Additionally i have a serious premature ejaculation problem. My semen comes out automatically with out any eraction .I do have frequent night falls especially in winter.
