I want to loose my weight as I am 95 KG in very bad shape, I am obese and suffering from obesity since 4 years. I feel tired and do not do exercises. please suggest natural remedies.

People should take balanced diet and nutritious food as per their nature. Balanced diet should contain protein, starch, fats, vitamins, and water. People should take 10 times more water than required. take clean water, butter milk and milk. take seasonal fruits, each season has different atmosphere and the affect is also different. The food habits should change as per the season and atmo- sphere. This helps in keeping our body strong. Make sure obesity is not creeping in. keep a check on the food you eat.

• Avoid eating when not hungry. • Food should be chewed and eaten slowly. • Do not overeat. • Avoid spicy, deep fry and heavy food. • Use less salt. • Keep away from spicy and salt containing oily food products. • Take fresh fruits for breakfast instead of snacks. • Take salad in your meals. • Use natural spices for preparation of food. • Use fat free oil for cooking. • To reduce fats in the food, take less fat products, or take fat free products or milk products.

• Chocolate, sugar syrup, sweets, ice cream should be taken in less quantity. Use fruit raitha. • Take whole grains to get minerals and fibers from food. • Take grains with bran and flour with bran.

• If milk is not suitable then take lactose free milk. • Avoid meat. • Use vinegar or lemon to make food tasty.
