Hello and greetings from myyog.com You should avoid giving nay medicine to your baby. Just keep your baby warm and give steam to relax breathing. You can give your baby a decoction of tulasi and adrak with honey. Only a few drops are enough for a baby of 3 weeks. Keep baby warm with woolen clothes and heater.
