Hello, There are many indicated medicines for a nursing mother and even to give nourishment to baby through mother in the form of external and internal. Dashamoolarishtam and Jeerakarishtam mixed together and to be consumed in 30 ml after food twice a day. KurinzhiKzhulambhu is a lehyam which is helpful for the nursing mother. Dhanwanthiram Kashayam can be taken after one month. MahaDhanwantharam Gulika can be taken to prevent nausea and to maintain strength. Vidaryadi Gritham also can be taken if you feel weak.
