Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Gas trouble or bloating is seen as a common feature in majority of patients. It is primarily due to improper functioning of the digestive system which is causing this issue. Acidity or acid reflux is seen as a prime factor which is seen responsible for bloating or gas trouble.

Pranayama or breathing exercise is the one which shall be initially practiced here. This exercise apart from improving lung capacity will enrich oxygen supply to all tissues of the body easily. Thus it enables proper functioning of all systems including the digestive system.

Meditation is yet another practice which will reduce gas trouble or other symptoms related to it. Practice it for 30 minutes everyday and must be learned from an experienced yoga master.

Chief yoga postures which are found helpful in this condition include apanasana, sethu bandha sarvangasana, paschimottamasana and marjaryasana. These postures are found very much helpful in reducing gas trouble to a very great extend. It shall be noted that these yoga postures will not give sudden results and will have to be practiced constantly for the best outcome.

Gastric troubles occurs mainly due to improper digestion, stress, faulty food habits, smoking etc.Regular practice of yoga helps to get rid of gastric troubles.Along with yoga, you have to be careful in eating habits. There are some yogic postures which helps to get rid of gastric troubles. It includes
  1. Makarasana or Crocodile pose: It helps to improve digestion.

  2. Balasana(childs pose)

  3. Mandukasana(frog pose)

  4. Pawanmuktasan or wind relieving pose: It relieves excess gas from the system and treats chronic acidity. It should not be done by pregnant women, people having spine problems.

Pranayama or breathing exercises are also proved to be effective for gastric troubles. It enables proper supply of oxygen to all tissues of the body and helps for proper functioning of the digestive systems. Gastric troubles are caused by ill eating habbits and sedentary lifestyle. Excessive gas can be caused by excessive intake of alcohal ,caffeine containing products, eating too spicy food, bacterial infection, digestive disorder, intestinal malfunction etc.Yoga practices like Pavanmukt asana, utanpad asana, helps in releiving troubles of gas, abdominal distension etc.You can take Divya churna at night to get relief from constipation and you can continue with Amla and Aloevera juice in the morning empty stomach.
