Which yoga excercises , Pranayama should one follow who are affected with Rheumatoid Arthritis,i heard Swimming is good for them. Please suggest..

Hello madam,

You can do regular Anuloma-viloma pranayama for RA condition.

If there is no swelling or fever you can do basic asanas like suryanamaskar and sarvangasanas to maintain flexibility of joints.

Even swimming is reccomended if there is no complications like swelling or deformities.
