Yoga for sexual problem

Sexual problems in males and females are in different forms. Mainly they are performance oriented and productive oriented. Organic causes like any kind of illness to primary and secondary sexual organs can be treated well with alternative medicines.

The other set of sexual problems like loss of libido in both males and females, any kind of stress and anxiety, erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in males. In females, few may suffer from narrow vagina where they face difficulty in intercourse, in turn leads to loss of interest in sexual intercourse.

Grossly, the sexual problems can be considered as mental and physical. Both factors can be managed with the help of yoga.

Here yoga includes yama, niyama, asana or poses , pranayama mainly. The combination of these techniques will help to maintain proper functioning of body and mind.

Usually, the psychological related problems are well managed by yoga poses and pranayama.

Dhanurasana, Vajrasana, Sarvangasana, Halasana, surya namaskara, are very helpful. Pranayama techniques like anuloma-viloma pranayama, bramari pranayama, and mudras like vajroli , and mula bandas are very helpful. These techniques can be practiced under a trainer.

These yoga poses can be done regularly.

Yoga is very helpful to maintain proper sexual performance in both males and females and gives proper pelvic strength to enhance libido.
