Is there any yoga asanas for stomach related problems? is there any pranayama and yoga techniques for curing constipation and stomach pain?

Yoga for stomach problems

The problems related to gastrointestinal tract are like stomach ache, indigestion, flatulence, acidity etc can be managed with alternative therapies like ayurveda, siddha, medicines, along with yoga and pranayama.

Yoga and pranayama are very helpful and acts as colon cleansing as the poses are very helpful to maintain proper function of stomach and associated organs.

As these postures are helpful as there is a proper stretching of muscles will helps for proper functioning of digestive system.

There are certain yoga postures, which are helpful for digestive system.

Surya Namaskara, Trikona Asana, Pavanamukta Asana, Vajrasana, Tada Asana, Hala Asana, Matsya Asana, are very helpful.

Pranaymas like Bhastrika, shitali, shitakari pranayamas, kunjal kriya are helpful, with kumbhaka,ujjaini bandha, mula bandhas, these kriyas are helpful to maintain proper strength to the internal organs.

It is found effective that doing vajrasana to strengthen the process of digestion if done after meal, even it relieves stomach pain, constipation, flatulence also.

Even pranayama helps to relax the muscle tension over stomach, regular pranayama helps to maintain efficiency of secretion from glands.

These yoga postures are helpful for enhancing digestion, helps to prevent ulcers etc, and these postures are helpful to enhance proper blood circulation.

Yoga for constipation

For one week do enema with 400 gm warm water.

Then for the next week take enema with 1 lt fresh water mixed with glycerin. Again next week take enema with 1 lt warm water mixed with lemon juice, again in the next week take enema with glycerin twice. Repeat this treatment till disease is treated. Now do purification of intestine through colon irrigation. For two days eat ghee khichdi & take rest then go for other treatments.

Surya namaskar, nauka asana, kati chakra asana, janushir asana, yoga mudra, ardmatsendra asana, pawan mukta asana. Should be practiced regularly. And thereafter bhujangasana, dhanurasana, makrasana, halasana & sarvnagasana should be done.

Agnisara kriya of Pranayam , Nadi shodhan Pranayaam, should be done. Do together bandhyakumbhak & adiyaan bandh. Do bhastrika pranayaam from left to right & then with both nostrils. Thereafter do yoga mudra also.
